Added underlines to most of the links to make them more legible

Added new slash pages: /ai, /blogroll, /changelog, /colophon, /sitemap.
Added the Sitemap page and a page template for WordPress to automatically generate the list from a list of published pages.

Alex is a developer, a drummer and an amateur historian. He enjoys being on the stage in front of a large crowd, but also sitting in a room alone, programming something or reading a scary story.
